ABBREVIATED NAMES & LOTS

Under Los Angeles’s Small Lot Subdivision ordinance, the developers of NuParc Residences have the ability to build sustainable, walkable and smaller townhomes in the city’s most desirable neighborhoods. The developer was looking for a vibrant, fresh brand that targeted young tech professionals, in a saturated L.A. market.

Beginning with a main logo, there was a need to create an identity for each location being built. Inspired by airport location identifiers, the branding uses acronyms of each location to be a scalable identity. With many vibrant and bold colors in this brand palette, it gives the brand the ability to be broad and unique in expressing its youthfulness. From the collateral material to the digital material, the photography takes cues from the NuParc lifestyle to create an engaging and unique format to relay the information.
